Did you know that as of February 2022, Gallup found that 7.1 percent of US adults openly identity as LGBTQ+? (That's lesbian, lgbtq+, bisexual, trans, gay, and other non-straight identities.) That’s a pretty staggering statistic, given that just 10 years earlier, only 3.5 percent of respondents identified themselves as LGBT.
